All tax issues are between the dealer and the state.Tables are 6' x 30" and there are plentiful outlets for anyone needing power. Wireless High-Speed Internet Access is $20.00 per day. Plugging into a hard wired high-speed Internet line is $195.00 per day. A standard phone line connection is a $130.00 per day and includes long distance. All stated pricing includes service charge and tax. The hotel will provide Category-5 cords and standard phone cords if the user/dealers leave them behind. The only rule, if any, is that Internet/Phone service must be paid in full before use.

To ensure that we can meet your needs, please contact us immediately if you have special requirements or unanswered questions. Dealers will be juried and jurying will happen in the first half of October. The table cost is $30. One membership is included in the cost of each of the tables, with second membership at $25, larger facility, cannot guarantee availability of second table, but if possible, a membership will be included with a second table for $45.
